R300 per child on application (non-refundable)

Equivalent of one (1) months school fees per child on acceptance of their place at First Friends. This amount is nonrefundable.

R650 per year – Stationary is ordered in January

You need to give two months’ notice if you are taking your child out of the school. However, if fees are paid in advance
for the year then one terms notice is required as well as an admin fee.

1. Direct Deposits into The School’s Bank Account – these are the preferred method of payment
Banking details can be found on your school invoice

2. Cash Payment
Can be handed in directly to Clare in an envelope with your child’s name and class on it.

LATE PAYMENT
Failure to pay fees by the due date will incur a penalty fee of R150 per day.
Non-payment of 2 consecutive month’s results in your child being asked to leave the school.

LATE PICK UP
Overtime starts at 17h30 and will be charged at R50.00.
If after 17h45 it will be R100.
If late pickups become a problem, it may result in termination of services. If you pick your child up late, it interferes with my family’s time or other appointments I might have. Late arrival does not justify late departure.
